The 23rd Biennial World Conference with its focus on “A World of Possibilities: Gifts, Talents, & Potential” was organized on 24-28 July, 2019 in Nashvillle, US. More than 760 scholars, educators and teachers working in the field of gifted education from 45 different countries/regions participated in the Conference. This World Conference provided the opportunity for people to network from many different parts of the globe and share valuable insights and ideas with one another. 6 Keynotes and 339 presentations were conducted in the Conference. Dr. Lai Kwan CHAN, founder and permanent director of the GIFTS Charity Foundation, led 2 researchers and 2 primary school teachers to attend the Conference and conducted two academic presentations. It is a great opportunity for researchers and teachers of Hong Kong to share and to learn from scholars, educators, psychologists, and teachers from around the globe.
