Our GIFTS Charity Foundation provided support and assistance to Project Access Hong Kong to organize a 3-day Boot Camp for F.4 – F.6 gifted students on 15-17 August 2019. The Boot Camp not only offered three academic seminars on Arts and Social Science, but also conducted workshops and mentor sharing sessions on personal development and interviewing skills, as well as briefing sessions on the Oxbridge application procedure and progress, and on how to make preparation for getting admission from Oxbridge and application for scholarships to study at Oxbridge. More than 160 students from different secondary schools attended the academic seminars, among which 75 gifted students were selected to join all the activities of the Boot Camp free of charge. The Boot Camp was a great success which also encouraged gifted students to think big about their futures and how they can contribute to Hong Kong at large in the future.
