Sharing with MEd / MA (Early Childhood Education) Students Studying at the Chinese University of Hong Kong
Gifted students with high abilities and talents have their special educational needs and different developmental paths. Their unique career development and life education issues should be acknowledged. To help 81 in-serve/pre-service teachers who are studying the MEd or MA (Early Childhood Education) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong better understand the characteristics of gifted students and the related career development issues, Founder Members of the Foundation, Ms. Amethyst CHAU and Mr. Phoenix WAN, shared factors affecting their career choices and developmental paths. They also reminded teachers to help gifted students maintain their career aspirations and overcome the internal and external barriers to achieve their career goals.
