Twice-exceptional (2E) students/youngsters are those have superior abilities/giftedness/talents but also suffer from specific disabilities that hinder the development of their potential to the fullest. They need special professional services including medical consultation and psychotherapy during their development. In the Pilot Support Program, our Foundation has identified the needs of the 2E case and designed a specific support service program for the student with financial support from the YCWH Trust. The Foundation will continuously provide necessary support and guidance to the twice-exceptional student, monitor and review his development regularly, and will further develop programs and support services for more twice-exceptional students.
